請依下列步驟完成 TOTP 啟用：(1) 掃描 QR、(2) 輸入驗證碼、(3) 下載 8 組備份碼。 備份碼僅顯示一次，遺失將需聯絡管理員重置。
準備好 Authenticator app（Google Authenticator / 1Password / Authy）後，按下「開始啟用」。
